Experience - The average consumer believes that real estate agents need only a solid background in sales and marketing to be successful. Intelligence - All of the knowledge and experience in the world does little good if you lack the intelligence to know when and how to apply it. Where other agents are stumped when they are unable to sell a property, we provide creative solutions to attract buyers and overcome their objections that may prohibit them from making an offer. In fact, since 2002, we have sold over 97% of all properties we have listed! When confronted with multiple offers for both buyers and sellers, we know what to say and when to say it to represent our clients to stay actively engaged in negotiations and to close the transaction.
