Knowledge - As a native Dallasite, I have personally witnessed the Dallas - Ft. Worth (DFW) area grow from just over 500,000 in the early 60's to over 8 million people today! I have lived and worked in virtually every area of the Metroplex and know the intricate details that distinguish one from another. As a team leader, that knowledge is passed along to the agents on our team as a valuable resource to assist buyers new to the area to ensure they are making the right choice when it comes to lifestyle, investment and resale potential, schools, and other factors that go into the decision process. We stay on top of the growth potential and patterns, areas that may be declining in popularity and value, proposed developments, and a myriad of other factors that may influence your investment potential and lifestyle amenities. Even clients relocating within the DFW area who have lived here for years are surprised at our knowledge of the intricacies between the various communities and how we can fit them to an individual lifestyle.

Experience - The average consumer believes that real estate agents need only a solid background in sales and marketing to be successful. Although those two skills are indeed critical, there are many often overlooked skills that distinguish the top agent from the crowd. Among those we provide a wealth of experience in are knowledge of easements and right-of-ways that can affect what you can do with your property and potential resale value, detailed knowledge of home construction from start to finish, system implementation to ensure the back-end details of every transaction are completed and on time to close smoothly, 1031 Exchange investments, experience with the internet and how to promote listings and attract buyers, photography (to enhance and promote the features of listed properties), contractual law (one of the most overlooked!), and, most importantly, formal training in negotiations, which can literally make or save you thousands of dollars, whether buying or selling. And, of course, we bring over 40 years of combined of sales, marketing, and management experience!

Intelligence - All of the knowledge and experience in the world does little good if you lack the intelligence to know when and how to apply it. Where other agents are stumped when they are unable to sell a property, we provide creative solutions to attract buyers and overcome their objections that may prohibit them from making an offer. In fact, since 2002, we have sold over 97% of all properties we have listed! When confronted with multiple offers for both buyers and sellers, we know what to say and when to say it to represent our clients to stay actively engaged in negotiations and to close the transaction. We provide creative marketing solutions as evidenced by winning the RE/MAX State of Texas Advertising Award in 2005 for "Best Print Ad" out of all RE/MAX agents in Texas!
